Telescopic Towers Providing Site
Flexibility
- Unlike other products, AllTech Portable Tower
Systems utilize a patent pending system designed to guy the
tower to the outrigger; thus, the footprint necessary to deploy
the unit is minimal at only 30 feet by 35 feet giving more
flexibility to the user for any application including urban
deployment on pavement.
- With any AllTech products, we can customize
your tower to adjust to any height between 29 feet to 150
feet, thus creating maximum versatility for your use.
- AllTech portable towers require minimal time
to deploy to any height up to 150 feet. This means you can
be on the air in minutes.

Towers in Motion
Whether it is for site testing, site repair,
disaster recovery, temporary site, increase of existing site
capacity, or a permanent site, AllTech towers are the perfect
fit for any tower need. Furthermore, AllTech towers can immediately
generate cash for our customers while their permanent site
is being constructed by providing the means to bring the site
on line months before a permanent tower is completed. |

Under Construction
AllTech Communications also manufacturers Platforms,
Skids, Ice Bridges, Shelters, Truck Mounted COW's, Custom
Units, and our latest addition our Coastal Tower Trailer capable
of withstanding up to 150 MPH winds. This 106 foot Tower Trailer
guys to itself on the trailer outrigger system. This means
crews deploying this Cell on Wheels (COW) no longer need to
set anchors in the ground or retrieve the anchors after the
deployment. Thus, time and space required for deployment is
minimized and substantially reduces the cost associated with
erecting the site. Some of the safety features of the "ATC-106
Tower Trailer" are the twin winch cable system utilizing
Galvanized Aircraft Cables (GAC) and three GAC's on the tower
sections. |

Tower Solution's self-erecting tower or "tower in a
box" is a triangular aluminum tower that assemblies itself
together or "self-erects" as it rises from a stowed
position. Features include, lubrication free gear drive tower
deployment eliminates lubrication maintenance and dirt contamination.
Electric drive system eliminates hydrolics, cables, pulleys,
winches and pneumatics. All steel components in drive system
are either powder coated or zinc plated to prevent corrosion. |

Separators

GLCC Separation Technology
How It Works
The process fluid enters a sloped tangential inlet nozzle, sized to deliver a preconditioned flow stream into the body of the separator. The momentum of the process fluid combined with the tangential inlet generates a liquid vortex with sufficient G-forces for bulk gas and liquid separation to rapidly occur. Finally, the gas exits through the top of the GLCC and the liquid exits though the bottom of the GLCC.
Control
The GLCC can be controlled in any of the following means, either individually, or in combination:
- Passive Separation: (No active control) Gas and liquid are recombined downstream of the GLCC at an elevation that is the same as the liquid level desired in the GLCC.
- Active Separation: A back pressure valve is installed on the gas outlet and/or a level control valve is installed on the liquid outlet that responds to a differential pressure transmitter signal.
- Active Separation: A slug suppression valve is installed on the inlet to the GLCC along with gas and liquid control valves.

GLCC Advantages
Performance
The GLCC, used mainly for bulk separation, can be designed for various levels of expected performance. Typical performance levels from the GLCC are 0.5–2.0 gallons of liquid per MMscf in the gas outlet and 0–5% gas in the liquid outlet.
Applications
Fluid flows with a liquid-to-gas ratio of greater than 500 barrels of liquid per MMscf of gas are the preferred feed for the GLCC. The GLCC can be used successfully in any number of services. Among these are:
- Inlet or Wellhead Test Separators
- Two-phase Production Separators
- Flash separators before oil treaters or water treating equipment
- Vessel debottlenecking by removing excess gas from the flow stream in advance of the problem vessel
